All accepted papers published in the Conference Proceeding Journal are indexed in
Scopus. Selected high-quality papers may additionally
be recommended for publication in a Springer indexed
volume after an extended review process. Accepted conference papers will be published in
Volume 15, Issue 2, planned for release on March 11, 2027.
We invite prospective authors to submit original and previously unpublished research papers. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors must ensure that the manuscript does not contain any information identifying the authors or their affiliations.
All submitted papers must demonstrate a sufficient level of originality. Papers are checked for plagiarism and must meet the journal's standards for academic integrity before being accepted for publication.
Conference Fee — ICAIIT 2027
The participation and publication fee is €120 per accepted paper, covering up to 7 single-spaced pages using the official ICAIIT template. Submissions exceeding 7 pages are accepted with an additional fee of €50 per extra page.

- 20-minute oral presentation slot at the conference
- Paper publication in the Conference Proceedings Journal (Vol. 15, Issue 2)
- Conference programme and certificate of participation (on request)
- Coffee breaks and full access to all sessions
- The paper must be original and previously unpublished
- Not currently under review at any other journal or conference
- Double-blind review — no author names, affiliations, or self-identifying references in the manuscript
- Written in English, following the official ICAIIT Word template
- Maximum 7 single-spaced pages (additional pages at €50/page)
- Mandatory in-person attendance — online or virtual presentations are not available
- Full paper only — abstract-only submissions are not accepted for review
