About the Journal
The Conference Proceeding Journal is based on the proceedings of the
International Conference on Applied Innovations in IT (ICAIIT) —
a forum for researchers, development engineers, and practitioners interested in the
theoretical foundations and applied aspects of information technology.
By publishing in the Conference Proceedings, authors share their findings with a broader
audience and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in their fields.
Aims and Scope: The journal provides readers with an overview of
research methods, data processing, and analysis used in the presented studies,
along with in-depth discussion of the main theories underlying information technology research.
Publication Schedule
The journal is published twice a year — in April and in November:
📗
April Issue
ICAIIT conference held each March in Köthen, Germany. Attendance at the conference is required for authors submitting to this issue.
📘
November Issue
Publication-only issue open to all researchers working on topics aligned with ICAIIT's scope. No conference attendance required.
🌍 Special Issues — Partner Conferences
In addition to the regular April and November issues, we publish special issues
dedicated to partner conferences from around the world. ICAIIT is actively expanding its
international geography and warmly welcomes submissions from researchers and institutions
across all countries and regions.
Special issues appear 3–4 times per year and are dedicated to selected
international partner conferences. Each special issue undergoes the same double-blind peer
review process as regular issues and is published under the same DOI, ISBN, and ISSN
identifiers.
2025
3 Special Issues
Three special issues were published in 2025, each dedicated to a distinct
international partner conference — including events in Iraq, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

(Digital Library of Saxony-Anhalt Universities).
✓ Indexation and Databases
The publication is submitted for indexing in recognised international databases, including
Scopus, Google Scholar, ROAD, and DOAJ.
Proceedings of ICAIIT 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021 were indexed by
Clarivate Analytics (CPCI-S / Web of Science).
Proceedings of ICAIIT 2018–2025 have been successfully indexed in Scopus.
