We do NOT accept payments via PayPal email, IBAN transfers to personal
emails, or any other direct payment requests. We will NEVER ask you to
pay directly via email. All payment instructions are communicated exclusively via
EasyChair only. Beware of phishing emails.
Conference Fee
€120
Per accepted paper with presentation at the conference in Köthen, Germany.
+ €50 per page exceeding 7 pages
Publication Fee (Journal only)
€150
Per accepted paper without presentation (journal publication only).
+ €30 per page exceeding 7 pages
Language: English is the language of the conference and of all submissions.
Official Recipient
The official recipient for all payments is: Institut für Medizin und Technik e.V. (IMT), an associated Institute of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The IMT institute is responsible for managing all financial matters related to the publication process, including processing author fees.
Publication of the Conference Proceedings Journal
All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings Journal under an ISBN reference, and every paper receives a DOI (Digital Object Identifier). All papers will be available at the Digitale Hochschulbibliothek Sachsen-Anhalt. The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by SCOPUS, ROAJ, DOAJ, and Google Scholar.
Copyright and Open Access
- By submitting the final paper, authors are allowed to retain the copyright of their work without any restrictions.
- All papers are published as full open access — immediately freely available to read and download.
